Sussex IM is fortunate to be within proximity to several extraordinary educational institutions in the Greater Milwaukee area. Our relationship with our near neighbor WCTC – Waukesha County Technical College – is especially strong. Their students and instructors tour our facilities and engage with our technical resources. We have made equipment donations to support their hands-on programs and we have several Sussex IM employees furthering their careers through education at WCTC.
A recent collaboration had Sussex IM Vice President of Supply Chain, Megan Tzanoukakis, involved as a WCTC advisory committee member to determine appropriate course work for their new Supply Chain Associates Degree. This new study course became the perfect opportunity for Morgan Lietz, Sussex IM Inventory Lead, to continue her career development. Morgan began here as an operator / assembly associate and her interest in supply chain led her to enroll at WCTC – with the tuition support of Sussex IM.
Because of her exemplary performance, Morgan was invited by her instructor, Molly Brandt, to present her experiences as a student and provide feedback to the WCTC advisory committee from her personal perspective. The entire Sussex IM Team is proud of Morgan and looks forward to continuing to support her education and career development.
