To Our Valued Customers,

The Sussex IM Management Team is continuing to closely monitor and respond to the constantly changing environment related to COVID-19. The health and safety of our employees and their families is extremely important to us.

As a company, we are taking the following precautions in accordance with the Center for Disease Control guidelines:

Implementing a culture of “social distancing” within our office and plant
Asking any sick or symptomatic employees to stay home
Cleaning and sanitizing all common areas on a regular basis
Encouraging good hand washing and use of hand sanitizer practices
Limiting all travel & visitors to our facility until further notice.

We are doing our best to deliver product to all customers on the acknowledged due dates. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as we have information. This is a fluid situation and we are working diligently to make sure that we are responding accordingly to the changing environment.
